Founder, Michael Nee, honed his craft at one of the premiere catering firms in town and brings integrity and sensitivity to each client’s needs. Always on the look out for new ideas, he prides himself in making each event personal and tailored to the client’s wishes.

Fernando Hernandez, Executive Chef, seasoned his culinary skills from the time he was a teenager. He worked with one of the top catering firms for many years. He is innovative in his menus and is not afraid to try new flavors.
